नवी मुंबई: माजी भारतीय क्रिकेटपटू गुलाम पारकर यांनी नुकतीच तळोजा फेज-१ येथील एका शाळेला भेट देत विद्यार्थ्यांशी संवाद साधला. त्यांच्या भेटीमुळे शाळेत उत्साहाचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले. विद्यार्थ्यांशी बोलताना त्यांनी शिक्षणासोबतच खेळाचे महत्त्व, शिस्त, मेहनत आणि चिकाटी या गुणांमुळेच आयुष्यात यश मिळते असे सांगत विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रेरणा दिली.
Navi Mumbai: Former Indian cricketer Ghulam Parkar recently visited a school in Taloja Phase-1, Navi Mumbai, where he interacted with students and staff, creating an atmosphere of excitement and inspiration on campus.
Parkar, who represented India in international cricket during the 1980s, was known as a talented left-hand opening batsman from Mumbai. After his playing career, he continued to contribute to the game as a coach and mentor, working with various domestic and international teams and cricket development programs, including initiatives associated with Oman and youth-level cricket development.
During his visit, Parkar warmly greeted the students and shared valuable insights about the importance of discipline, dedication, and consistent hard work in achieving success in both academics and sports.
